TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The body of missing Tucson man, 66-year-old Timothy Abriola has been found, according to the Tucson Police Department and two suspects are in custody.
Abriola's body was discovered in a desert area southeast of San Xavier Mission, with sharp force trauma, according to TPD.
The suspects are identified as 22-year-old Eric Reino and 22-year-old Isaiah Franko. They face charges of 1st degree murder, armed robbery, kidnapping and several additional charges.
According to TPD the incident began around 2 a.m. Thursday, April 26 when officers received a call about a robbery at the Circle K at 902 East 2nd Street.
An alert was put out about a red Pontiac Grand Am, a TPD officer spotted the car, but before police could follow it the vehicle took off and crashed a short time later across from the Auto Zone where Abriola worked and where he was believed to have been assaulted, carjacked and kidnapped.
