TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - It's sometimes difficult to be a chocolatier in southern Arizona.

Due to the long days and 100-degree temperatures, Monsoon Chocolate on E. 22nd St., will be closing for the foreseeable future.

In a Facebook post, the bakery announced that due to climate control issues in the building, they will have to close their cafe.

Known for their rich chocolate bars and beautifully decorated baked goods, Monsoon Chocolate says they will still produce chocolate, bread, and pastries for their wholesale accounts.

Having just opened in May, the owners say they are working to address the climate issues inside and reopen their doors as soon as possible.
