TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A fire broke out in a storage area at the Naughton's Plumbing on East Speedway in Tucson Tuesday afternoon.
The Tucson Fire Department said the blaze began around 2 p.m. was under control by 2:26 p.m.
The cause of the fire, which caused $100,000 in damages, is under investigation.
A Naughton's spokesperson said water heaters, evaporative coolers and air conditioning units were destroyed.
Naughton's said it could have been a lot worse and $800,000 in inventory was saved.
Employees were working in the area when the fire started and quickly called 911.
The fire got so hot it shattered a window at an apartment building next door.
There were no injuries reported.
