TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A barricaded-man situation on Tucson's east side ended peacefully on Friday morning, July 6.
According to Sgt. Pete Dugan of the Tucson Police Department, the incident began as a domestic violence call in the 3200 block of South Grady Avenue, near East Stella and South Prudence roads.
Responding officers got everyone out of the house safely, but the man remained inside and had a gun.
Nearby homes were evacuated and crisis negotiators talked him out of the home.
The man surrendered peacefully.
