BREAKING: Vehicle on fire on I-10 Westbound

A vehicle is on fire on I-10 going west-bound near mile post 313. Benson Fire Department requested assistance of additional units to help with the fully engulfed vehicle. One lane heading west-bound is back open after both lanes were originally closed due to the vehicle on fire.

The DPS duty office says the vehicle is a van. Fire and Incidents in Cochise tweeted out that they believe the fire began after the vehicle was driving on a flat tire.

DPS says no injuries have been reported.
