Storms in Cochise County causing flooding, road closures

COCHISE COUNTY, AZ (Tucson News Now) - On Monday July 30, 2018 at approximately 6:15 pm, the Cochise County Sheriff's Office was advised of a mobile home that had blown over in the storm and there was a 32-year-old female inside at the time. The woman is being treated by medics at this time.This incident occurred in the Double Adobe area off of Morin Road.

The Sheriff's Office is advising that all of Davis Road is currently closed (From Highway 80 to Highway 191) due to flooding.

As of 8 p.m. Monday, Frontier Road is also closed.

There are also power lines down near Frontier and Double Adobe Road, and a power pole reported on fire in Douglas off of Rochin Road.

Please avoid this area and remember when any water is on the road...TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN!
