UPDATE: 29th Street reopened after earlier crash

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - 29th Street is back open from Rosemont to Mountain View Friday night, after an earlier crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle, according to the Tucson Police Department.

The motorcyclist was traveling at a high rate of speed, according to Sgt. Pete Dugan spokesman with the TPD, when a car pulled out of an apartment complex onto 29th Street and they collided.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries, according to Sgt. Dugan.
