UPDATE: Catalina State Park back open after flooding

Catalina State Park is open again after Arizona State Parks tweeted Saturday morning that the park was closed due to flooding.

Vehicles were told to remain at the ranger's station due to sand buildup on the road.

Visitors on foot had no restrictions Saturday.

The park was back open to vehicles by 2:30p.m. Saturday.
