Tucson News Now - An Amber Alert was issued Saturday, Sept. 1, for two young Phoenix boys who were allegedly abducted by their father.

The suspect is 47-year-old Dimas Coronado and the boys are Jonathan and Victor Nunez-Coronado.

Jonathan, 5 years old, is 3-foot-6. He has black hair and brown eyes.

The 8-year-old Victor is 4-foot with black hair and brown eyes.

Dimas is 5-6 with gray hair and brown eyes.

Phoenix Police said the boys were taken in a white 2009 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck.

Around 2:30 p.m., the vehicle was located in Phoenix but no one was inside.

Police believe Dimas and the boys switched to another vehicle, a light green Ford pickup with a Mexico plate of ZUD-71-64.

Phoenix Police said Dimas may have fled to Mexico with the children.

The boys' mother was killed in a double shooting Saturday morning.

Victims of the shooting were identified as Oralia Nunez, 24,  and Omar Gonzalez and 34.

A witness, a family member of one of the victims, said Jonathan and Victor were with Oralia the night before.

Dimas is person of interest in the fatal shooting, authorities said.

An arrest warrant has been issued and he is considered armed and dangerous.
