TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Good news update - Maliyah is safe, she walked up to her home on her own.
EARLIER STORY:
Tucson Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 15-year-old Maliyah Gomez. She was last seen at Desert View High School, near Valencia and Alvernon at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Maliyah is 5-foot-3 tall, weighing 115 pounds with curly brown hair. She wears glasses and walks with a limp and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black or grey pants, black shoes, a teal backpack with polka dots.
According to TPD, Maliyah functions at a much younger age.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
