Tucson police have formally identified the little girl, whose body was found in a plastic bin in a rented storage locker.  The body of 4-year old Ariana Payne was found last month, when the owner of the storage rental units was clearing out all the stuff left over from the tenant who hadn't paid the bill for at least two months.

Ariana's father, Christopher Payne, has been charged with her murder.  He was arrested last week.  He's being held on $1.5 million bond.  Police still have not released how Ariana died.

At a late afternoon news conference on Monday, Tucson police also said they are still searching for Ariana's 5-year old brother, Tyler.  Last Friday, nearly 60 Tucson police officers scoured the southside Los Reales landfill.  They would not say what they were searching for.
