TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Jenna Herder of Combat Krav Maga says she has two simple self defense moves that can help students and anyone else approached by an attacker, even an armed one.

One move is designed to break free if an attacker comes from behind.

The second move can help in situations where the assailant is armed. The stomp kick move pushes the attacker away long enough for a victim to turn and run.
